To end the drought of victory in Delhi, the party is also making a strategy to field former MPs, powerful councilors and senior leaders. Party sources said that JDU and LJP may be given some Muslim dominated seats including Sangam Vihar, Burari, Seemapuri.

On the lines of Jharkhand, BJP will also form an alliance with JDU and LJP (R) in Delhi Assembly elections. The party has decided to give three to five seats to both the allies. To sharpen the preparations for the assembly elections, there is a plan to form an election management committee and candidate selection committee along with the core group this week.
